5 Questions To Start Listening To Your Intuition
For my overthinking, self doubting, self sabotaging, self doubters...
I like to think that intuition is your future successful self, whispering and hinting and calling you forth to your greatness.
When was the last time you listened to her?
Over time, if we forget to listen carefully and follow her instructions, we start to lose faith in ourselves.
We lose our intentional connection to our own Divine Guidance and then wonder why we feel alone and uncertain.
We say things like:
“I feel so overwhelmed, I have no idea where to start.”
“I can’t trust myself.”
“I just overthink everything.”
“I doubt myself."
“I don’t know what to do.”
I’ve said and thought all of the above.
All of those statements relieve us of our responsibility and agency. They rob us of our power.
We surrender our freedom so easily for what feels like safety and certainty.
When the truth is that we have all the answers already inside of us.
All that’s required is that we ask the right questions.
Here are 5 questions to start listening to your intuition:
1.When you have no idea where to start, ask:
“What is the smallest action that I could take that would create 1% forward momentum?”
2. When you can’t trust yourself, ask:
“When was the last time I kept a promise to myself? What is a new promise I could make now and keep?”
3. When you overthink, ask:
"What do I feel in my body right now? How can I ground myself in the present moment?”
4. When you doubt yourself, ask:
“Is this doubt trying to shed light on something I’m not looking at or considering? How could this be useful?”
5. When you don’t know what to do, ask:
“What do I know about this situation? What could I try with an open and curious attitude?”
You have all the answers already inside.
What question do you need to ask yourself right now?
Love you,
Hannah
